Terms of Service

Last updated: March 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BridgeMeds website, platform, and telehealth services (collectively, the "Services") provided by TrueEval Medical Group PLLC ("Practice," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you ("Patient," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, completing a health assessment, purchasing a treatment protocol, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Telehealth Informed Consent. These documents together constitute the complete agreement between you and TrueEval Medical Group PLLC regarding your use of the Services.

2. Description of Services

BridgeMeds is a precision medicine platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for telehealth-based evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. Our Services include:

  • AI-assisted clinical assessments and provider-reviewed health evaluations
  • Prescription of medications, including compounded pharmaceuticals, delivered via our proprietary HypoSpray transdermal delivery system and other modalities
  • At-home laboratory testing with comprehensive biomarker analysis
  • Ongoing treatment monitoring, protocol optimization, and provider consultations
  • Secure messaging with your assigned healthcare provider

BridgeMeds is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be physically located in the United States
  • Provide truthful and accurate information in all assessments and forms
  • Not be using our Services on behalf of another person without proper legal authority

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are being used in violation of these Terms.

5. Clinical Services and Provider Relationship

All clinical decisions are made by licensed healthcare providers credentialed through TrueEval Medical Group PLLC. You understand that:

  • Completing an assessment does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription or treatment. Your provider may determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate for your condition.
  • Your provider may require laboratory testing before prescribing certain medications, particularly controlled substances.
  • Treatment recommendations are based on the information you provide. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in inappropriate recommendations.
  • Our AI-assisted assessment tools are designed to support — not replace — clinical decision-making by licensed providers.
  • You have the right to refuse any recommended treatment.

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Treatment Protocols

Treatment protocols are priced as displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Prices include the cost of medication, provider oversight, and standard shipping. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

6.2 Subscription Services

Certain treatment protocols are offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified) until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6.3 Laboratory Testing

At-home laboratory testing is priced separately from treatment protocols. Lab kit pricing includes the kit, shipping, laboratory analysis, and provider review of results.

6.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge it for the Services purchased.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Medications

Due to the nature of compounded medications, which are prepared specifically for each patient, medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed. This is required by federal and state pharmacy regulations for patient safety.

7.2 Provider Consultations

If your provider determines that treatment is not appropriate for your condition after reviewing your assessment, you will receive a full refund of any consultation fees paid. If you are disqualified during the assessment process, no charges will be applied.

7.3 Laboratory Testing

Lab kit orders may be refunded if the kit has not been shipped. Once a kit has been shipped, refunds are available only if the kit arrives damaged or defective. Used lab kits cannot be refunded.

7.4 Subscriptions

Subscription cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period. If you experience a clinical issue that requires discontinuation of treatment, contact your provider for guidance.

7.5 Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. Include your order number and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

8. Shipping and Delivery

  • Standard shipping is included with all treatment protocol orders.
  • Medications are shipped in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging when required.
  • Estimated delivery times are 2-5 business days from the date of shipment.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. NO GUARANTEES ARE MADE REGARDING TREATMENT OUTCOMES.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUEEVAL MEDICAL GROUP PLLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. 13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrueEval Medical Group PLLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the state of your residence. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where preempted by federal law (including HIPAA).

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Contact Information
